Welcome to Sleep Saver NJ. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Sleep Saver NJ sells mattresses, beds, and furniture online and for local delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. Delivery fees are not included in product prices and vary by location.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Custom and special-order items require full payment at the time of order and cannot be canceled once placed.

4. Delivery

Delivery fees, areas, and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Same-day and next-day delivery depend on stock and location. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and the space is accessible.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Custom items are final sale; unused mattresses may be returned within 7 days; assembled furniture cannot be returned. Returns are subject to a minimum $50 pickup fee and a 15% restocking fee.

6. Warranties

Many of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled with the manufacturer, and we will gladly assist you with the process. Except as required by law, products are otherwise provided without additional warranties from Sleep Saver NJ.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleep Saver NJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content without permission. All content on this site is the property of Sleep Saver NJ or its licensors.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
